Why? Servicing and maintaining your fire protection system to meet the requirements of NFPA Standard 25 may lower your insurance rates, and verification of system inspection is required to avoid penalties. Sprinkler systems are the best way to avoid losses due to fire, and regular inspection programs ensure that the system will operate properly when it is needed.

When should my system be inspected?

A full inspection should be performed by a knowledgable professional at least once a year. In addition, if there are any changes to the building, its use, or its water supply, an analysis should be performed to determine if the existing sprinkler system is adequate.
